LASHARE at EU Industry Open Days 2019

As part of the EU Industry Open Days 2019 LASHARE invites to an Open Day on Tuesday, January 23rd. This event provides insight into the concept and the achievements that can be gained from Laser-based Equipment Assessments. Several partners will present their story from dicovering a new solution approach to validation of a prototype in a production like environment. The program of the day:

  • Pitches of Challenging Ideas
  • LAB Tour

The event takes place at Fraunhofer ILT, Steinbachstrasse 15, 52070 Aachen from 1200 to 1500. Interested companies or individuals are asked to send an e-mail to projectoffice to receive more detailed directions.

LASHARE

LASHARE is the acronym of a European project involving more than 30 SMEs from across Europe, partners from industry and six of the most renowned laser research institutes.

Main objective is to share knowledge on laser-based equipment and its use addressing the whole value chain end to end. As a key success factor for European manufacturing the transfer of innovative solutions from the laboratory into industrially robust products and the dissemination of its use stands at the heart of the project.

Coordination and Support Action

I4MS is an initiative co-funded by the European Commission supporting several projects in creating advance in Innovation for Manufacturing SME's (I4MS). The I4MS-Gate project supports the research projects in disseminating their results and spreading the information within manufacturing industries in Europe.
